Because Kree sells digital, downloadable products, all sales are final. Files are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, so we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order is complete. If you experience a technical issue — a corrupted file, broken download link, or wrong file attached — contact us and we'll make it right at no charge.
